The Rotary Club of Kampala Metropolitan joined hands with the pupils and teachers of Martin Nkoyoyo All-Inclusive School to make a lasting environmental impact by planting 300 fruit trees, including mango, guava, and jackfruit. These trees embody a shared responsibility for environmental stewardship and a sustainable future for the school and the community. The tree-planting activity was a collaborative effort, with enthusiastic participation from students and staff. After planting, one of the teachers led a heartfelt prayer, blessing the trees and expressing hopes for their prosperity and abundant fruit in the years to come. This is a legacy. The pupils were encouraged to nurture the trees with care These trees will not only provide nutrition and shade but will also stand as a testament to the collective effort of a community working together for a a greener tomorrow. Moments like these remind us that small acts of care today can yield significant rewards for future generations.
