Today marks a significant milestone at Butoolo Health Centre III as we officially hand over essential sanitation supplies, infection prevention and control (IPC) resources, and personal protective equipment (PPE). These crucial items have been provided under Rotary Grant No. 2293684, spearheaded by the Principal Club, RC Kampala Ssese Islands, and implemented by RC Kampala Metropolitan. These resources go beyond mere supplies—they are tools that ensure the safety of patients and healthcare workers alike. By reducing the risk of infections and fostering a cleaner, safer environment, these provisions enhance the capacity of the health center to deliver improved care to the surrounding community. This initiative underscores Rotary’s commitment to supporting accessible and quality healthcare. Together, we are creating lasting change and uplifting the well-being of underserved communities through collaborative service.
